Ok, so here in the UK every year, the X Factor catapults a new singer into the industry with a completely irrelevant song, in hope that they become the Christmas Number One. Not going to lie, but some years the song's haven't been too bad, take Leona Lewis for example, but the majority of the time they are complete shit. However, it must be mentioned that every year the X Factor does offer excellent entertainment, and this year complete and utter eye candy in the form of boy band One Direction (check them out!).
This year however, there is one song that should be Number One, and is well on it's way to being it, Ellie Goulding's cover of Elton John's - Your Song is absolutely beautiful and due to it's use on the John Lewis adverts is slowly becoming stuck in people's heads everywhere:
