VOGUE
Ok, so it was inevitable that the Vogue website would be mentioned in the list. Not only the worlds biggest and most coveted fashion magazine, but a bible to those dedicated fashion followers. The website however, has many different features that can't be shown through just the magazine: a variety of blogs, best dressed lists, runway images and videos, interviews and much more. Making this website my first choice for fashion news.
LOOKBOOK -as it states on the website- is the 'Internets largest source of fashion inspiration for real people around the world' so not only is it universal but it offers something for every style imaginable, so you're bound to find a look that suits you that you can re-create (in your own way -of course!). With so many fashionable people packed into this one site/blogging system, it had to be in the top 5! Also, not only does Lookbook show you the photos of the incredibly stylish people, but there are many other features, such as forums, contests and interviews.
The blog 'The Sartorialist' had to be in top 5 as it is my way of finding raw, beautiful fashion inspiration quickly and easily. The blog, of which has been up-and-running now since 2005, boasts stunning photos (almost daily updated) from all over the world, and of real people and their everyday style, which is something that is inevitably a huge inspiration. Natural beauty and sharp tailoring are a focus, and make the blog popular between men and women. Absolute love.
Obviously, there are so many more sites out there to choose from, therefore this will be a new feature on the blog, so every now and again a new list of one, two or more sites and blogs will be posted -my daily reads, or as I discover more. Have fun browsing!
